Tizzard is optimistic that JPR One will make further progress

Expressing excitement over the horse's potential, Tizzard highlighted JPR One's adept jumping and hinted at further progress throughout the season. Deliberately delaying the novice chaser's development, Tizzard sees a thrilling future ahead.

Eyeing future engagements, the Betfair Henry VIII Novices' Chase at Sandown emerges as a potential next step. However, Tizzard remains cautious, acknowledging the paramount importance of JPR One's readiness.

While considering various options, Tizzard revealed a significant target—the Arkle at the Cheltenham Festival in March. Despite the Cheltenham setback, Tizzard's confidence in JPR One's capabilities remains unshaken, foreseeing a potential redemption at Prestbury Park.

"We’ll just take stock for a few days, and he will definitely have an entry," Tizzard affirmed. "In the two-mile division in England, I respect them, but I wouldn’t be afraid to take them on."

With plans in motion for potential appearances at Sandown and Kempton, Tizzard's sights are firmly set on Cheltenham in March, aiming to showcase JPR One's prowess in the highly anticipated Arkle challenge.
