Following his release from Liverpool, Naby Keta has agreed to join Werder Bremen on a free transfer.

This summer, the midfielder's contract at Anfield expires, and the German club confirmed the deal on Friday.

Bremen finished 13th in the 2022–23 Bundesliga, winning only one of their final 12 games.

Keta formerly played for RB Leipzig from 2016 to 2018 before joining Liverpool for a reported €60 million.

In 2022–23, he played 13 matches in all competitions for Liverpool due to injury, despite making 129 appearances and scoring 12 goals.
