It has already been announced that the Old Lady will not compete in the Conference League next season, leaving them without access to European competition. Fiorentina will participate in the competition. The Turin giants have also been fined €20 million, of which €10 million is conditional and will only be paid if they fail to comply with financial standards in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
It was earlier reported that, as a result of the financial irregularities case, Juventus had negotiated an arrangement with UEFA to be banned from the competition while promising not to appeal to the CAS and instead focusing on qualifying for the Champions League in 2024–25.
