Tottenham has made an offer for Alejo Veliz of Rosario Central. According to numerous sources, negotiations on a sale for approximately £12 million are nearing completion. During the recent under-20 world cup, the 19-year-old striker for Argentina scored three goals in four games.

RIVER PLATE TO SIGN MANUEL LANZINI

Argentine Manuel Lanzini has agreed to terms with his childhood club, River Plate, with whom he began his professional career in 2010. The West Ham mainstay made over 175 appearances for the Hammers after signing on loan in 2015 and being signed permanently in 2016.

LYON SIGNS DUJE CALETA CAR 

Southampton defender Duje Caleta-Car has signed a one-year loan agreement with Lyon. After joining the Saints in the summer transfer window, the 26-year-old made 19 appearances in all competitions last season. Lyon will attempt to improve on their seventh-place result in the French top flight last season.

GALATASARAY TO SIGN TANGUY NDOMBELE

Tanguy Ndombele of Tottenham Hotspur is a target for Galatasaray. The cost of the 26-year-old French international is still being discussed. Ndombele played the season on loan at Napoli, where he appeared 30 times as the club won the Serie A title. He has yet to appear for the Spurs in the preseason.
