Inter Milan has signed Austrian forward Marko Arnautovic on loan from Bologna, the two Serie A teams announced on Wednesday.

According to Italian media, Inter paid Bologna around 10 million euros ($10.87 million) for the 34-year-old, with the option to extend the agreement provided certain conditions are met.

Arnautovic will return to San Siro for a second stint. He was a member of the squad during Jose Mourinho's treble-winning season in 2009-10.

Marko is a complete attacker who is equally skilled with both feet, according to Inter, who described him as "a physically intimidating but technically gifted player."

Arnautovic has 108 Austrian caps, scoring 34 goals.

Earlier this season, Inter signed French forward Marcus Thuram on a free transfer.
