Manchester United announced on Tuesday that Marcus Rashford has extended his contract until June 2028.

Rashford, whose last contract was slated to end in 2024, has appeared in over 360 games for United since his debut in 2016.

He has 123 goals in all competitions, including 30 in the 2022–23 season, which helped the team finish third.

"As a seven-year-old boy with a dream, I joined Manchester United." "Every time I have the honour of wearing the shirt, that same passion, pride, and determination to succeed drives me," the 25-year-old told the club's website.

In the years ahead, I remain relentlessly determined to help win more trophies for this incredible club. I have already experienced some amazing experiences at this incredible club.

There is no doubt in my mind that I will do everything in my power to help the team reach the level we are capable of, and I can sense the same determination in the dressing room. Under this manager, I could not be more excited about the future."
