Destiny 2 will be made available on the Epic Games Store as of right now. The most recent expansion of Bungie’s looter shooter game was published simultaneously with the announcement by Epic and Bungie of an original Destiny 2 and Fortnite crossover that would feature skins, maps, and more. The expansion will also include a free download of Destiny 2’s recent 30th Anniversary via the Epic Games Store.
Together, Bungie and Epic Games will create gliders, pickaxes, back bling, skins for Destiny 2 and Fortnite, as well as a Fortnite level with a Destiny theme. Additionally, Fall Guys will sell Destiny skins. Additionally, three armor decorations from Destiny will debut in Fortnite, and three skins from Fortnite will appear in Destiny 2. The Destiny 2 decorations will be modeled by the Fortnite skins Drift, Oblivion, and Black Knight. Players in Fortnite will be able to wander around as Zavala, Exo Stranger, or Ikora with the use of new skins.
The Epic Games Store deal also includes a free 30-year anniversary pack for Destiny 2 for new players. The 30th Anniversary Pack has added a tonne of new material to the Dares of Eternity game’s free-to-play area. A dizzying variety of cosmetic items are available to users, all of which pay homage to Bungie’s famous history.
What’s more important is that it gives players access to both the Grasp of Avarice dungeon and the Exotic Gjallarhorn rocket launcher. It is one of the best weapons in the game, thus new lights (players) should enjoy utilizing it.
Bungie debuted the Fortnite crossover during today’s Destiny 2 demos live, which also included information about the impending Destiny 2: Lightfall DLC and substantial development in the ongoing Destiny story. The story of The Witness, a mysterious humanoid adversary that commands a fleet of Black Fleet ships, will pick up where The Witch Queen left off in Lightfall.
