Manchester United have announced their 3rd signing of the season, as Argentine center back Lisandro Martinez arrives to the Theatre of dreams for a sum of €57m plus €10m in add-ons from Ajax. He has signed a 5 year contract and is set to earn £120,000 per week.

NEWCASTLE LOOKING TO MAKE A BID FOR TONEY
Newcastle are looking to make a bid for Brentford marksman Ivan Toney. The Magpies want to land the English striker after they failed to strike a deal with Reims for long term target Hugo Ekitike as he signed for PSG on a loan move. An initial bid of £30m is expected to arrive anytime soon.
CHELSEA AND PSG IN ADVANCED TALKS FOR KIMPEMBE
Chelsea are in advanced talks with PSG over the transfer of French central defender Presnel Kimpembe this summer. PSG value their player at €60/65m but the Blues are looking to close the deal at €45/50m. PSG have Kimpembe in their plans but can consider his departure if a club meets their valuation.
PSG ANNOUNCE THE ARRIVAL OF EKITIKE ON LOAN
PSG have unveiled their new signing Hugo Ekitike from Stade de Reims. The French striker will join the defending champions on a season long loan with an option to buy at the end of the season. PSG beat Newcastle to the signing of the wonderkid.
BAYERN CONSIDERING A MOVE FOR TEL
Bayern Munich are considering a move for Rennes forward Mathys Tel this summer. German champs have reportedly prepared an offer of €30m, which is expected to be accepted by Rennes.
IBRAHIMOVIC SET TO EXTEND HIS STAY AT MILAN
Veteran striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is set to extend his stay at Milan for one more season. He is set to sign a contract until June 2023 with a salary of around €1m per year.
SALIBA IN ARTETA’S PLANS NEXT SEASON
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has confirmed that French center back William Saliba is in his plans for next season. He said “William Saliba is in the plans, I’m excited to see him. We can’t guarantee first-team football to anybody in this team but the ones we really see and think are going to take us to the next level, they’re going to be playing a lot of minutes”. Saliba was linked to many clubs but it seems unlikely that Arsenal will let him go this summer.
AJAX MAKING MOVES IN THE MARKET
Ajax have been very busy in the transfer market lately. They are preparing paperworks to sign defender Calvin Bassey from Rangers for a fee of €22m plus €5m in add-ons. Porto’s forward Francisco Conceição has also landed in Amsterdam to sign a 5 yeat deal as his release clause has already been triggered. Their former young talent Brian Brobbey is also set to join them back from RB Leipzig this summer.
